High-pressure sealing and leak-free design
Using leak-free stop valve technology, the working pressure can reach up to 700 bar, and zero leakage is achieved through the cooperation of precision ball and valve seat, ensuring system safety under extreme working conditions.
The sealing components are made of oil-resistant and wear-resistant materials such as polyurethane rubber, combined with a double seal structure design, which significantly improves long-term sealing stability.
Diversified structures and adaptability
Provide a variety of structures such as slide valve type, stop valve type, knob manual operation, etc., support electromagnetic, hydraulic control, mechanical (roller/rod) and manual operation methods, and adapt to the needs of complex hydraulic systems.

Fast response and precise control
The slide valve structure reduces friction through rolling bearings, the response time is as short as milliseconds, and the spring reset mechanism ensures action sensitivity and stability. The valve body is made of stainless steel or ductile iron, with a protection level of IP65, and can withstand corrosive media and a wide temperature environment of -40°C to +80°C.

Precautions for use
Installation specifications
It is necessary to install horizontally and ensure that the valve core is consistent with the load direction to avoid hydraulic shock causing valve position deviation; the pipeline must be thoroughly flushed and a filter must be installed before installation (recommended oil cleanliness ISO 4406 18/16/13).
The T port should be directly connected to the oil tank to reduce pressure fluctuations. Pipe-connected installation requires confirmation that the threaded sleeve joint meets the standard.
Medium and working condition adaptation
The medium viscosity must be lower than 50cSt. High temperature conditions (over 70°C) require the use of temperature-resistant sealing materials (such as fluororubber). The temperature of biodegradable hydraulic oil must not exceed +70°C. Avoid frequent start-stop or long-term overpressure operation. The system pressure must be lower than the nominal pressure of the valve (such as the maximum pressure of BVE type is 500 bar).
Maintenance and inspection
Regularly check the wear of the valve core, the elasticity of the sealing ring and the spring reset function. If abnormal, the machine must be stopped to replace the parts; the system pressure must be released before disassembly to prevent malfunction.
During debugging, it is preferred to use special tools to calibrate the valve position. After locking the opening, it is forbidden to adjust it at will.
Special environmental requirements
Explosion-proof certified models (such as NBVP 16) must be selected in explosive environments, and the power supply voltage fluctuation must not exceed ±10%.
When starting at low temperature, the oil must be preheated to above -25℃ to avoid valve core jamming due to high viscosity.
