High safety and sealing
Suitable for corrosive, toxic or high and low temperature media, it adopts a magnetic isolation sleeve design, completely blocks external leakage and has high controllability of internal leakage.
The valve body has a sturdy structure, a protection level of IP65, and the sealing material has excellent temperature resistance (-30℃ to +70℃), which supports outdoor use.
Precise control and fast response
The electromagnet drives the valve core to move, the response time is as short as milliseconds, supports normally open/normally closed mode switching, and the adjustment accuracy is stable.
Some models are equipped with a manual emergency button, which can mechanically switch the valve position when the power is off.
Diverse adaptation and compatibility
Provide valve core types such as spool valve type and direct acting type, with a wide flow adjustment range (maximum 12L/min to 150L/min), suitable for different working conditions.

Precautions for use
Installation and commissioning requirements
It needs to be installed horizontally to ensure the stability of the valve core and avoid hydraulic shock causing valve position deviation; it is recommended to connect the T port directly to the oil tank to reduce pressure fluctuations.
Before installation, the pipeline needs to be flushed, impurities removed, and a filter installed (high medium cleanliness requirements).
Medium and environment adaptation
High-temperature fluids need to select heat-resistant sealing materials and piston structures; viscous media need to confirm applicability (viscosity is usually less than 50cSt).
If the medium is prone to water hammer effect, it is necessary to select a water hammer-proof model or add buffering measures.
Operation maintenance and selection
Regularly check the wear of the electromagnet and seals, and replace them in time if abnormal; avoid overpressure operation.
Select the normally open/normally closed type according to the working conditions: the normally open type is preferred for long-term opening scenarios, and the normally closed type is suitable for frequent switching scenarios.
Power supply and electrical safety
Ensure that the power supply voltage meets the rated value (±10% tolerance) to avoid coil burnout; the solenoid coil assembly needs to be installed vertically.
