Precautions for the use of Anvochi gear pump
Medium requirements:
It is not possible to transport mixtures containing particles, otherwise it is easy to cause serious wear of gears.
The viscosity of the medium used should be within a certain range, such as 2~120Cst at a temperature of 40℃. Too high viscosity will cause motor overload.
The working oil temperature range is -20 to 80℃.
Installation and startup:
Clean the pipes, valves and other equipment during installation, check and adjust the connection, sealing, assembly and other conditions of each component.
Open the inlet valve before starting, operate the exhaust valve to remove the air, and then start the pump.
There must be a filter device at the suction end, with a filtration accuracy of 50㎛ or more, and the suction pipe length should not exceed 90cm as much as possible.
Operation monitoring:
When the pump is running, regularly check whether the pressure, temperature and other parameters are normal, and pay attention to prevent the occurrence of pump corrosion, water hammer and leakage.
It is not advisable to work under conditions exceeding the rated pressure, otherwise it will overload the prime mover, increase the bearing load, and deform the working parts, increase wear and leakage.
Maintenance:
Regularly maintain and maintain the pump, check whether the gears, bearings, seals, oil seals and other parts are worn and aged, and need to be replaced in time.
When repairing or replacing accessories, it is necessary to shut down, cut off the power, and strengthen safety measures.
