When the pressure exceeds the spring setting, it triggers the pilot poppet to open, allowing hydraulic fluid to flow and consequently reducing pressure by moving the spool, which opens up the connection from A to T TA. This model provides various adjustment types for precise pressure settings, including options such as a rotary knob, sleeve with hexagon and protective cap, lockable rotary knob with scale, or a rotary knob with scale.
