The Bosch Rexroth 4WE6X6-6X/EG24N9K4 (R900956946) is a solenoid-operated directional spool valve designed to control the start, stop, and direction of fluid flow within a hydraulic system. This model is part of the WE series and features high-power solenoids that can be optionally rotated by 90 degrees. The valve has two switching positions and is equipped with two electromagnets. It operates without spring return, meaning it does not have a defined basic position when de-energized. The valve's housing, electromagnets, control spool, and return springs are engineered for durability and consistent performance. An auxiliary actuation feature allows for manual operation in the absence of magnet supply. It is crucial that the hydraulic system is properly vented to ensure optimal functioning of the valve. Additionally, the solenoid coil has an approved component marking with UR according to UL standard edition 5th, with CSA C22.2 No.0 approval also being optional. In terms of technical specifications, this model boasts a maximum operating pressure of up to 350 bar and allows for maximum flow rates of DC at 80 l/min and AC at 60 l/min respectively, making it suitable for various hydraulic applications where precise flow control is required.
