Installation torque: Ensure that the installation torque is appropriate to avoid excessive or low torque causing the valve to loosen or leak.
Cleaning and maintenance: When cleaning or inspecting the plug-in valve, there is no need to change the existing settings of the valve or remove any piping.
Pressure adjustment: When using a relief valve, pay attention to the relationship between the pilot pressure and the load pressure, and ensure that the pilot pressure is more than 75psi (5bar) greater than the drain pressure.
Leakage problem: When using a slide valve, pay attention to the leakage problem of the slide valve and avoid using it in load locking applications.
