Description:
The SUN Cartridge Valve CVEV XCN is a pilot-operated, pilot-operated check valve that is a three-port, breathable type. It allows free flow of liquid from the valve port (port 2) to the load port (port 1) while preventing reverse flow. The valve will open from port 1 to port 2 when there is pressure in the pilot port (port 3), and the pilot pressure required to open is proportional to the load pressure in port 1. Since the spring chamber is
connected to the external port (port 4), the valve is insensitive to the pressure in port 2.

In addition, there is no need to change the existing settings of the valve or remove any piping when cleaning or inspecting the cartridge valve.
Low leakage rate: At 110 SUS (24 cSt), the valve leaks a maximum of only 0.07 cc/min (1 drop/minute), demonstrating excellent sealing performance.
Adaptable: The valve is suitable for a wide range of media, including mineral oils or synthetic oils with lubrication in the viscosity range of 7.4 to 420 cSt (50 to 2000 SUS). Its operating temperature range is from -40℃ to 120℃, which can adapt to different working environments.
