The Bosch Rexroth 4WRAE6W1-30-2X/G24N9K31/A1V (R900913445) is a high-performance proportional directional valve designed for precise control of flow and direction in hydraulic systems. This valve is a direct-operated, plate design component that operates with proportional solenoids featuring a central thread and detachable coil for ease of maintenance. The integrated electronics within the solenoids facilitate smooth and responsive control. The valve's construction includes a housing with a connection surface, a control spool balanced by compression springs, and the aforementioned solenoids. When the solenoids are deenergized, the control spool remains in its central position due to the action of the springs. Energizing one of the solenoids causes direct actuation of the control spool, shifting it proportionally to the electrical input signal—thus allowing fluid connection from P to A and B to T through orifice-type cross-sections that offer progressive flow characteristics.
