Operation method: Pneumatic valves should be closed clockwise during operation, and the number of opening and closing revolutions should not be too many. The number of opening and closing revolutions of large-diameter valves should be within 200-600 revolutions. The operating end should be a square tenon with standardized dimensions and facing the ground for easy operation.
Environmental requirements: Pneumatic valves should be installed in an environment of -25 to 60°C with a relative humidity of ≤95%. If it is open air or in high temperature situations, waterproof and cooling measures must be taken. In places with vibration sources, stay away from the vibration source or add anti-vibration measures.
Maintenance: Regularly check whether there is rust, welding slag, dirt, etc. in the connecting pipes, and clean them in time to avoid wear of the valve core and valve seat. Eliminate stress to ensure that the valve stem and guide parts work properly.
