Precautions for the use of AVENTICS cylinders
Inspection before installation: Before installation, check whether the cylinder is damaged during transportation and whether the connecting parts are loose.
Installation requirements: The piston rod of the cylinder shall not bear eccentric loads or lateral loads, and the load direction shall be consistent with the axis of the piston rod. The cylinder body shall not be deformed, and the mounting base shall have sufficient rigidity.
Horizontal placement: For long-stroke cylinders, use a level to perform a three-point position check to ensure that the cylinder is placed horizontally.
Speed adjustment: Fine-tune the movement speed and buffering effect of the cylinder by adjusting the output pressure of the speed control valve and the pressure reducing valve.
