AVENTICS cylinder usage precautions include the following points:
Pre-installation inspection: Before installation, check whether the cylinder is damaged during transportation and whether the connecting parts are loose.
Load direction: The piston rod of the cylinder shall not bear eccentric loads or lateral loads, and the load direction shall be consistent with the axis of the piston rod.
Base stiffness: The mounting base of the cylinder must have sufficient rigidity, and electric welding is not allowed to connect the load and the piston rod.
Horizontal placement: For long-stroke cylinders, use a level to perform a three-point position inspection to ensure that the cylinder is placed horizontally.
Speed adjustment: By adjusting the speed control valve and buffer needle valve, ensure that the inertia of the piston is absorbed and the final speed does not hit the cylinder head.
