The Bosch Rexroth HED 8 OH-2X/100K14AV (R901099780) is a high-precision piston type pressure switch designed for versatile applications requiring reliable pressure monitoring and control. This device is engineered to provide potential-free switching of currents ranging from milliamps to 0.5 amperes, ensuring compatibility with various electrical systems. The pressure switch features a robust design with FKM seals, suitable for hydraulic fluids such as HL, HLP, HLPD, HVLP, HVLPD, HETG, HEES, and HEPG. The HED 8 OH-2X/100K14AV boasts small hysteresis and high repetition accuracy of less than 1% of the set pressure point. It comes with a micro switch that offers both normally closed (NC) and normally open (NO) contact functions for flexible circuit integration. The flange connection follows the ISO standard for secure mounting and minimal leakage risks. This model has a maximum operating pressure capacity of 315 bar and includes various pressure ratings (50, 100, 200, 250, and 315 bar) to cater to different industrial requirements.
It offers several adjustment types such as spindle with or without protective cap, spindle with scale (with or without protective cap), rotary knob with scale, and lockable rotary knob with scale for precise pressure setting. The electrical connection is facilitated through a large cubic connector compliant with DIN EN standards without mating connector included. For safety and compliance purposes, the product adheres to CE according to the Low Voltage Directive EU Electrical connector specifications and also holds CCC certification along with UL recognition.
