The working principle of the internal gear pump is based on the internal meshing principle of the gear . The inner and outer gear pitch circles are close to one side, and the other side is separated by the "crescent plate" on the pump cover. The active inner gear on the main shaft drives the outer gear to rotate in the same direction. At the inlet, the gears separate from each other to form negative pressure and inhale the liquid; At the outlet, the gear is continuously inserted into the mesh to squeeze the liquid out.
The internal gear pump is especially suitable for conveying medium with high viscosity, and has the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation and easy maintenance. The working process realizes oil absorption and oil pressure through the change of sealing volume between teeth. The inner rotor is the main driving wheel, and the outer rotor is the driven wheel. The tooth gap of exiting engagement becomes larger, and the liquid is sucked into the oil suction chamber. The gear clearance into the mesh becomes smaller, and the oil is discharged through extrusion to form a pressure oil chamber.
