Precautions for the use of AVENTIC pressure regulating valves include:
Ambient temperature and humidity requirements: Pneumatic valves should be used in an ambient temperature range of -25℃ to 60℃, with a relative humidity not exceeding 95%. Waterproof and cooling measures should be taken in open air or high temperature places to avoid using in places with earthquake sources.
Vertical installation: Pneumatic valves should be installed vertically. They can be tilted in special cases, but support protection should be added. When the pipeline height is greater than 2 meters, a platform should be set up for easy operation and maintenance.
Cleaning and impurity treatment: The pipeline should be cleaned before installation to remove dirt and welding slag. During use, it should be ensured that there are no impurities left in the valve to avoid operational failures.
Fault handling: In order to prevent production from being affected by failures or maintenance, a bypass pipeline should be installed on the regulating valve. At the same time, the installation position of the regulating valve should meet the requirements of the process.
