The direction of the pump cannot be changed: because the rotor blade groove is tilted, the blades are chamfered, the bottom of the blades are connected to the oil discharge cavity, and the throttle groove and suction and discharge ports on the oil distribution plate are designed according to the established direction. If the direction is changed, it will affect the normal operation of the pump.
Be careful when installing: The pump shaft is not allowed to directly bear radial and axial forces to avoid abnormal damage to the oil pump. During installation, the surface of the hole and the connected shaft should be carefully cleaned to reduce the micro-wear caused by vibration, so as to maintain the dimensional accuracy of the matching shaft diameter for a long time.
Pay attention to the positioning of the oil distribution plate and the stator: During assembly, the oil distribution plate and the stator should be correctly positioned with the positioning pins to ensure that the blades, rotors, and oil distribution plates are not installed upside down. The suction area of the inner surface of the stator is the most susceptible to wear. If necessary, it can be turned over to extend the service life.
