The hydraulically controlled check valve is a special check valve that allows the liquid to flow freely in one direction, but requires hydraulic control to open it when it flows in the reverse direction.
This valve has excellent locking performance and very small reverse leakage, so it is widely used in many occasions.
The characteristics of the hydraulically controlled check valve include:
Control method: The hydraulically controlled check valve relies on controlling the fluid pressure to achieve reverse flow. When the control oil circuit is not connected to the pressure oil, the hydraulically controlled check valve works like an ordinary check valve, and the pressure oil can only flow from the oil inlet to the oil outlet, and cannot flow in the reverse direction. When the control oil circuit has control pressure input, the piston push rod moves under the action of the pressure oil, pushes open the check valve, and allows the oil to flow in the reverse direction.
Sealing performance: The hydraulically controlled check valve adopts a conical valve core with good sealing performance, which can effectively prevent the reverse flow of oil.
Installation method: The hydraulically controlled check valve has a variety of installation connection forms, including base plate connection and threaded connection, stacking connection and two-way plug-in connection.
The following matters need to be noted when using a hydraulically controlled check valve:
Control pressure: Sufficient control pressure must be ensured, otherwise the hydraulically controlled check valve cannot be opened.
Oil flow: When the spool of the hydraulically controlled check valve is reset, the oil in the control oil chamber must flow back to the oil tank.
Air intrusion: Prevent air from invading the control oil circuit of the hydraulically controlled check valve.
Temperature and pressure: In a closed loop, temperature rise may cause pressure rise in the pipeline, and a safety valve needs to be installed to prevent damage accidents.
Leakage mode: Select an internal leakage or external leakage hydraulically controlled check valve according to the oil flow direction and back pressure to reduce the control oil pressure.
