The pilot oil from VICKERS solenoid valve controls the movement of the spool of the main reversing valve, so that the oil from the working pump enters the boom cylinder to achieve the boom rise ratio. The greater the output pressure of the pilot reducing valve, the greater the displacement of the spool of the main reversing valve, the greater the flow through the main reversing valve, and the faster the boom rises. When the handle is operated to pull the limit position, the limit electromagnet in the handle is energized, and the handle is sucked in the limit position. The boom rises at the maximum speed, and when it rises to the position limited by the upper limit switch of the boom, the operation handle limit electromagnet is powered off, the handle automatically recovers to the middle position, and the boom can be maintained in the limited position.
The main features of VICKERS solenoid valve are: (1) the external leakage is blocked, the internal leakage is easy to control, and the use is safe.
