A2FE125/61W-VZL181-S is a hydraulic motor produced by Rexroth, which belongs to the A2F series. Notes for use:
Pump steering: always according to clockwise rotation (from the end of the shaft), if you need anti-clockwise rotation or for motor, must be specified when ordering.
Connection between pump and motor: concentricity is required, otherwise it will produce noise, efficiency reduction and other failures2.
Self-priming ability: the pump has a certain self-priming ability, can be installed on the tank to use, the suction height is not more than 0.5 meters 2.
Preparation before initial startup: Before the first startup, the pump casing must be filled with clean working fluid through the oil drain port.
Working medium: No. 20 or No. 30 hydraulic oil is recommended, or mechanical oil with E50=3~5 and viscosity index not greater than 90 can also be used.
Maintenance: Regularly check the cleanliness of the fluid and replace the hydraulic oil regularly to improve the service life and use efficiency of the pump.
