Overflow valve description
The pressure reducing valve is a valve that reduces the inlet pressure to a certain required outlet pressure by adjusting it, and relies on the energy of the medium itself to keep the outlet pressure stable automatically.
Hydraulic system operation process
In the quantitative pump oil supply system, the actuator generally has fast forward and work, in the process of fast forward and fast back, the general load is small, the pressure is low, and the relief valve is not opened. Only when the abnormal large load is encountered in fast forward or fast back, the relief valve is opened to limit the system pressure, protect the hydraulic system, and serve as a safety valve
In the quantitative pump speed regulation system, because the oil supply flow of the pump is certain, when the flow is adjusted through the throttle valve (throttle speed regulation process), the excess flow is overflow from the relief valve back to the tank, then the relief valve on the one hand plays the role of setting the system pressure, on the other hand, the overflow pressure regulator role in the throttle valve flow regulation. The relief valve is open (normally open) during this type of operation.
