Solenoid Valve Description
Solenoid valve is an industrial equipment controlled by electromagnetic, is used to control the basic components of automation fluid, belongs to the actuator.
The solenoid valve can be combined with different circuits to achieve the desired control, and the precision and flexibility of the control can be guaranteed. Different solenoid valves play a role in different positions of the control system, the most commonly used are check valves, safety valves, direction control valves, etc.
Working Environment
1) The highest temperature difference of the environment should be selected within the allowable range;
2) When the relative humidity in the environment is high and there are water droplets and rain, waterproof solenoid valve should be selected;
3) Special varieties should be selected for occasions such as vibration, turbulence and shock in the environment, such as Marine solenoid valves;
4) Use in corrosive or explosive environments should be preferentially selected according to safety requirements of corrosion-resistant type;
5) If the environmental space is limited, it is necessary to choose a multi-functional solenoid valve, because it eliminates the bypass and three manual valves and is convenient for online maintenance.
Working Power Supply
1) According to the type of power supply, choose AC and DC solenoid valves respectively. Generally speaking, AC power supply is easy to access;
2) The voltage specification should be preferred AC220V.DC24V;
3) Power supply voltage fluctuation usually AC selection +%10% -15%, DC allowed ±% 10% or so, if out of tolerance, must take voltage regulation measures;
4) The rated current and power consumption should be selected according to the power supply capacity. It must be noted that the VA value is high when AC starting, and the indirect pilot solenoid valve should be preferred when the capacity is insufficient
1) : Rexroth solenoid valve and all stainless steel; For strong corrosive media must be selected isolation diaphragm type. Neutral medium, it is also appropriate to choose copper alloy as the valve shell material of the solenoid valve, otherwise, the valve shell often has rust chips off, especially in the case of infrequent action. Ammonia valves can not be made of copper.
2) : Explosive environment: the corresponding explosion-proof grade products must be selected, and waterproof and dust-proof varieties should be selected for outdoor installation or dust occasions.
3) : The nominal pressure of the solenoid valve should exceed the maximum working pressure in the tube.
Features: It can work normally under vacuum, negative pressure and zero pressure, but the diameter is generally not more than 25mm.
