The farther the calculated value is from the set value, the faster the stepper motor operates, which is basically a decayed sinusoidal waveform.

Electro-hydraulic proportional control valve has many advantages such as simple structure, high control precision, flexible installation and use, and strong anti-pollution ability. At present, proportional pressure valves are widely used in vehicles, such as one or several proportional pressure valves in the assembly of electronically controlled automatic transmission (ECT), electronic auxiliary hydraulic steering system (EPS) and brake anti-lock system (ABs) to achieve smooth and accurate control of pressure. The following takes a typical ECT proportional relief valve as an example to analyze the working principle of the proportional pressure valve. The dynamic mathematical model of the relief valve can be established according to the valve port flow formula, the valve core force balance formula and the flow continuity formula. The relief valve is set to be connected with a constant current source, that is, q, set to a fixed value (25U and n), and the change function of the given current. By using InaUab to write M function for numerical simulation of the model, the relationship between pressure and current 1 can be obtained, as shown in Figure 2. By using these numerical solutions to fit the minor squares curve, the function f(i) where the pressure varies with the current 1 can be obtained.
