Due to the use of proportional electromagnets, the spool can not only be transposed, and the stroke of the elevation and transposition can be continuously or proportionally changed, so the flow area between the connected oil ports can also be continuously or proportionally changed, so the proportional direction throttle valve can not only control the direction of movement of the actuator, but also control its speed.Part of the proportional electromagnet front end is also equipped with a displacement sensor (or differential transformer), this proportional electromagnet is called the stroke control proportional electromagnet.
The displacement sensor can accurately measure the stroke of the electromagnet and send an electrical feedback signal to the amplifier. The amplifier compares the input signal with the feedback signal, and then sends a corrective signal to the electromagnet to compensate for the error, so the control of the spool position is more accurate.
