At this time, due to the change in the sealing volume formed between the blade and the inner surface of the pump housing and the two side plates, the vane pump begins to suck liquid. During the suction process, the sealing volume gradually increases, forming a local vacuum, and the liquid is sucked into the sealing volume under the action of atmospheric pressure. As the blade continues to rotate, the sealing volume gradually decreases, and the liquid is squeezed and discharged out of the pump. This is the discharge process of the vane pump. In this process, due to the good seal between the blade and the inner surface of the pump housing and the two side plates, the liquid can be effectively discharged without leakage.
